So I've finally found a tank I'm happy with. After 5 tank transfers, an ich outbreak, multiple floods, and ammonia spikes, my inhabitants and I can finally settle down.

In appreciation of everyone who has helped me on this site, I have decided to call the tank, "The Reef Sanctuary."

Here are the specifics.


100 gallon drilled acrylic tank. 36" length x 19" depth x 30" height

My LED system has not yet come in, but I should be expecting it within a week.

Again, A HUGGGEEE Thank you to everyone at Reef Sanctuary. You guys have been an invaluable help to me and I'm proud to say I've found my saltwater family :)

excellent job reefle, that's gonna really looks awesome once you get the Pro 240 LEDs over it, what type of light are you running now ?

I just took the PC lights from my biocube for temporary lighting. That's why most of the corals are placed so close to the top. Hopefully once I get the LEDs I can spread them out a little more

cool, just remember to start the LEDs with a very low setting and gradually ramp up the intensity over a few weeks time, they are very powerful and you need to acclimate your coral to 'em

Looks good! I've had a fair amount of poor luck with fish but I have one blue chromis that has that survived everything so far.

So happy I finally have a complete tank!

Added 2 clowns, a coral angel beauty, 2 peppermints, 2 feather dusters, 6 line wrasse, mandarin goby, and royal gramma!

The tank looks great and I hope you are happy with the RR light purchase because they really do the tank justice.
