I am just about to start my first reef tank, i brought my red sea max about two months ago and have been learning as much as i can about reef setups before i started.
Picking up my live rock and water tomorrow.
I have one question already with the red sea max, the web site says that the charcoal should be replaced every 8 weeks but the only way i can see of doing this is to undo and remove the jets and motor assembly surely this will in time will cause wear on the threads. Any suggestions for this i is it just grin and bear it
