Hello I have found a worm in my tank about 3in long living in my live rock pink with spikes any danger to fish and shrimp ? thank you oldkootman

Might be a bristle worm. If it is you need some gloves or a tang to take it out as they got these lil hairs that stick into your skin. It doesnt really hurt, but hard to get out sometimes and is kinda annoying
