Hey everyone, been reading here and a couple of other sites for quite some time:) This fall I want to change my freshwater tank to a reef tank. I've been doing freshwater since 1995 but now its time for the good stuff. The tank I plan to use is a 55 bowfront. I want to build as much as possible myself with some HH (Hubby Help). However I've seen some rigs with so many pipes and valves i want to run lol. I figureed if I take it one step at a time it can't be too bad.

Welcome to RS. Read a lot, ask a lot of questions and go slow. That would be the best way to proceed. There are a lot of good folks here who are more than willing to lend a helping hand.
