Chaeto light spectrum

I'm thinking about adding a refugium to the middle chamber, and I've already got a 2x9w coralife mini-aqualight. How well will this work if it is a 50/50 10000k/actinic setup. Should I go with something else, or will this suffice?

For a refugium, get a 6500-10000 bulb. Actinics are pretty but not very strong. The lower the kelvin temp, the more PAR the bulb will have. The higher the PAR the better

I've use a simple clamp on light with aluminum reflector and a curlicue 13 watt fluorescent for years and it works great.
