Controller and vega $475, only a month old

When I first got my lights they connected find the first time tried to update the controller and after that they will not connect at all either says claim error or colors not found or it won't say anything at all not sure what the problem is, Nobody at aqua illuminations answers the phone at all...

I have two kessil a150w ocean blues and goose neck clamps to go with them for $430 obo, both have been used for 5 months

I currently have the media rack and the tunze 9002 protein skimmer, I do not have a sump and was wondering if the tunze Osmolator universal 3155 would work in what space I have left next to the protein skimmer, any help would be awesome.
