Which Overflow?

Alright everyone it was pay day and its time to start looking at overflows. What do you recommend? I have looked at Esshops and LifeReef. I like the Esshops price obviously, but don't want to go cheap and regret it, since I have the monster sump on my 110. Also what water pump would you recommend for the return?

I love LifeReef stuff, you only have to buy it once! If you want full use of both drain inputs on your ProFlux Sump, Look at Jeff's Double Prefilter, it's the first section under his "Prefilter Box Overflows" I think he also recommended a Mag 9.5 for this as well. I'd get the Silencers also if you go this way, they make a huge difference. Good luck!

Best bet is to drill the tank & install a Glass-holes overflow.
