Where to introduce ozone

So I want to start using ozone. My question is where do I introduce it. I have a recirculating skimmer. Should I introduce the ozone via one of the recirc pumps? Or should I introduce it at the supply pump located in the sump...

I believe it is best used with a skimmer, but you need to make sure the skimmer is ozone safe and use ozone hoses. Also is a good idea at the exit of the skimmer to connect a bag of carbon before it enters back into the tank.
