What size do I take my pictures in?

My girl got a new digital camera and there are varied length by width, Millimeter, and VGA sizes. VGA?

I would say take them in the biggest size because you can always downsize. Quality goes down when you go from small to big. They take up more room but...get a photobucket account. They are free. Then you can upload them and they give you an option to resize for message boards. Copy and paste the IMG link.

I agree take the highest resolution - that way if you crop or resize you don't lose as much quality.
