When you say good brand LED, do you mean an LED fixture or the diode itself?

If your on a budget, the Chinese LED s on Ebay actually work very well. If you have more to spend the new Mazspect Razor look awesome. Better spectrum then the Ebay ones. The 120W Ebay ones are $150 apiece. I have 4 on a 225 with 30in depth. Clams on the sand are happy and everything grows nicely. The Razors are$500 apiece. I would think you would need 2 of the 27in ones

+1, I am having great luck with them, better luck than the Cree's, the Chinese one's are brighter and cheaper and as long as you get the correct spectrum ones they are great, and a great buy, I highly recommend the ones on eBay, if you need help choosing the correct ones on eBay I am always here, hit me with a PM when you are ready and I will send you links to good buys and good LEDs.
