Some kind of red filter feeder

I will post a pic as soon as I can but idk if you all can guess what I'm describing. I have like 3 small red filter feeders. The crowns are red but the crown is not arrange in a circular fashion like a tube worm. More like a scallop or something, looks like a half a circle... There is also no tube.. Looks like its a shell that is open..could it possibly be some kind of shellfish or barnacle or something

sorry guys haven't been on in awhile but i tried to take a picture of the thing and its so small and far back in my tank it doesn't show up on my crappy camera, but I did some research into barnacles. At first i thought surely not because we have all seen those somewhat large species on pier, buoys, boats, or whatever but when I looked at maybe chucks reef addiction site I saw a barnacle that looked just like what i see except mine is red so i guess some barnacle within the same genus atleast.
