Some help with identification

Just want to make sure I've got the ID's correct. Could really use some help on the last two though.


Scriptoria samoensis I think

Hodags montipora

ORA tortuosa

And two that I'm unsure of. They were gifts.

Don't thank me yet, still working on it. Montipora confusa is not a real common coral and doesn't look like that. Names people make up are confusing to me.

Like I said it has to grow a little more to make an identification, but looks more like this to me.

That does make more sense, the polyp color is nearly a teal blue on top of the greenish/purplish base. I'll have to see if they're arranged in rows tomorrow.

I agree, some of the names are confusing. Can't tell you how many times I'll Santander in a LFS and google the names written on their frag tanks only to be even more lost 5 web pages later.

And, I do not think that is a tortuosa. On second thought it very well could be. It almost impossible to tell by a frag, but I was thinking lokani or caroliniana.
