snail? slug? Any ideas?

It looks to have a hard shell on it's back but is rather flat not like a snails shell. It also looks to have spines on a few places on it's shell but they are curved to the back of the THING?

This is when it first caught my eye.

It becomes hard to make out almost disappearing into the rock.

The best photo I could get of it. It does seam to have little spines coming from it's back plate. I'm not sure if they are spines but I'm not going to touch them either.

I have really no idea exactly what it is. I was unable to find any photos of it or really anything that looked like it but then again since I have no clue what it is I'm stuck.

Any ideas?

stomatella snail. good guy. will mainly come out at night to graze on algae.

I saw that one in the Link of the Helpful Hitchhiker section but thought since the one in my tank was edge to edge of the shell it must not have been that one.

Looking back now I agree especially when I put the two photos next to each other.
