Snail additions

I have been thinking about drastically downsizing my hermit crab population (of about 30) and moving towards a complete snail clean up crew. I started with 10 margarita snails, and after some research found they are not ideal for a reef aquarium due to water temp. They are slowly dieing unfortunately, so I have been adding trochus snails a few at a time now and they are doing great keeping algae in control. I have a diamond goby that keeps the sand pretty clean. Do I need any nassarius or cerith snails? I am afraid nassarius may end up starving my diamond goby, and my sand bed is between 2 and 3 inches throughout the tank so I don't really know if cerith is needed anyways. Any experience or advise? Thanks.

I have a few mexican turbos, some ceriths and dwarf ceriths, no crabs any more cause they kept eating the snails.
