Should I remove this worm

Hello fellow reefers.

What kind of worm is this and should I remove it from my aquarium. Will it cause any harm to reef aquarium?

It's a bristle worm. Good scavengers that help keep your sand clean. Do not touch them though. The bristles stick in you and can hurt very badly particularly if you are allergic.
