Is Brute the only container out there that will not leach chemicals into your seawater? I am looking for something about 25 to 30 gallons, but the only brute I can find is like 50 or 60 gallons. Would like to find something a little smaller that I can keep in the utility room, not the garage where it will be 100 degrees soon.

This is the 15g I use for storage. I got a used one from homebrew4less.com and washed and rinsed the heck out of it at the car wash. New=$60.00 Used = $15.00. You could search for a better price online.

There are many name brands that are acceptable...You need to look for this, "Resin complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1 and 3.2. ". I never thought to check a brewing supply store, but it makes total sense. I used tank-depot.com. This is a 35 gallon leg (which is what I use) for $54.99 + shipping.
