I am trying to get rid of the nasty brown zoanthids in my tank and i also noticed some aiptasia popping up so i figured i could "POSSIBLY" kill 2 birds with one beautiful fish. Just want to hear some opinions on the fish. i just want to make sure that my lps and clams wont get munced up in the process. TIA.

A raccoon butterfly is a beautiful fish, but I wouldn't trust it in a reef system. If you do want to try one, there is always the chance you may get lucky, but in case things don't work out, have another home ready for the fish.

Just about anything. While there are some species of butterflies that are extremely difficult to keep because of feeding requirements, a raccoon butterfly is not one of them. They will nibble on anything they thing might be good.
