Question about my Green Spotted Puffer....

I've had my GSP (Squishy) for about 3 and a half years or so. Approximately 3 years of that was spent in freshwater. He has been successfully acclimated to full marine and is even doing well with some Clove Polyp corals. The past few days I have noticed that when I drop food in the tank, he starts secreting this white substance from his anus. I don't believe it's parasites because I've watched it and it seems to "dissolve" in the water after several seconds. I know this probably isn't correct, but I was hoping maybe it was just that he has a nervous bladder and when he gets fed he's so excited he pees, just like some dogs do when you pet them. I was wondering if anyone could he me out on this one?

I highly doubt it's constipation because the white substance is liquidy. It's not stringy and doesn't hang from the fish's anus.

When a GSP poops its a very solid dark clump, sound familiar? I'm not sure what your talking about but knowing more about the GSP's diet may hold some clues.
