I am looking for some options to replace the stock lights of the RSM.
Any ideas /suggestions?

well you could replace stock lighting with the 24" outer orbit halide from USA, What im planning to do is add a tmc aquaray to the front flap of my rsm. or type in red sea max halide in google and theirs a company who mod the stock hood with a 150w halide.

outer orbit 24" fits perfect or nanocustoms hood.

You could also remove the top and hang a single MH pendant from the ceiling. Here is a picture of mine over my 120:
