Hey everyone!

My name is Dayton and I am 20 and from the Atlanta GA area. I have been Keeping FW Aquariums for a few years now. (55g Tropical Com, 30g With ornamental goldies and another 30 with an agitated Oscar and a small school of Silver Dollars) HOWEVER, I am jumping into the "World of REEF" with a nano/pico. I am currently cycling my new Fluval edge, while also working on a few modifications for LED lighting to support a few soft corals. ANY help and advice would be greatly appreciated!

PS....i know that the EDGE is not the best tank to start with. But it is all i have the space for and I do enjoy a challenge. :)

Hey Dayton, welcome to RS & welcome to reefkeeping!
LED lighting for the Fluval should be pretty cool.
I'll be looking forward to seeing your project. We love pictures here so put some up of your tank if you get a chance. :)

If you're new to Reef Sanctuary and put an image (or a link) in a post, it will require one of us mods to release it. Give us some time to do that before creating a lot of duplicate posts. :) Once you get several posts you won't have that happen anymore. It's an anti-spam, anti-porno function of the forum software.

You're welcome! Most new to the forum don't know that, and they repost a few times and give up. We aren't always the quickest at checking the regulated posts, but we try to check frequently. :)
