Never before Seen "Cosmic Swirl" frags and lots more Purple Hornets!

OK I hated to do this but I really need some $$$ Times are tough!

I have had this coral for some time. It grows like no other favia I have ever seen. I was unable to ever find an ID on this. So I named it "Cosmic Swirl" Not my first choice but coralpedia does not let you use personal names anymore.

You can see it listed here:
CoralPedia.com! :: The definitive repository for named Corals!

This coral is kinda a cross between a Mia's POG and Baby's Breath.
The guys at coralpedia said it was the "nicest favia they have ever seen"

It is stunning and my photos do it no justice.
PICKS UNDER 14K NO ACTINICS NO PS!!
Yes I named it! Lineage starts with me!

Here is just one of my colonies:

You can see the new growth is the most amazing...

$45pp both for $80

No that is not Cyano on the plug it's just a very maroon coraline.
the bases of the hornets are not too close and I will have not problem cutting 2 polyps off with my mini diamond saw. I will not cut the polyps flesh.

SHIPPING
$35 USPS EXPRESS from 46514 If available
Pickups OK (Northern Indiana)
Roughly $50 USPS RED.

FREE SHIPPING IF YOU SPEND $200 (USPS EXPRESS ONLY)

I ship in insulated boxes. I have shipped 20+ boxes of corals in the last few years with only one issue (shipper related) heat packs or ice depending on where you are. I look at the weather and decide if I need ice or heat. If I feel there will be a delay due to weather I will postpone shipping!

I cannot give a guarantee. I do not have a business and only sell a few times a year. I do guarantee the coral will be packed with care and healthy when they leave my house.

Honestly I hated chopping up that favia But I really want 3 250w Radiums!
And I just don't have the $$$ right now!

FWIW everyone. I'm only selling 5 of these. I have 14 frags plus another whole colony. I'm going to let the rest grow out and cover the plugs. It will take about 6 month to a year.

I have only sold 3 other frags NO ONE HAS THIS!

Chris what type of light do you have to have to keep that Favia?

I'm not speaking for what Chris has on these but here are some specs on them

Genus:
Favia

Common Species

  • [*]F. favus
    [*]F. matthaii
    [*]F. pallida
    [*]F. stelligera

Common Names
Moon Coral, Green Moon Coral, Pineapple Coral, Brain Coral, Star Coral.

Notes
  • Prefer bright lights, however will tolerate much lower levels.
  • Will tolerate a gentle current.
  • Some Favia will attach to substrate if not moved for several months.
  • Favia can be fed and seem to appreciate a squirt or two of brine shrimp at night
  • Care should be taken with placement, as they can send out transparent sweeper tentacles at night.
  • Considered by many to be an easier coral to keep.
