Ok so I went to led so I never have the chiller come on anymore. We had a power blip and didnt notice the the chiller powerhead did not restart. So my chiller was just chilling what it had in the unit. So it said the temp was 73. At that point the chiller turned on the heater.I have the heater thermostat set all the way up because it is controlled by the chiller. When i saw the problem my real tank temp was 85. So Im like dang got it all working and closed the door on the cabinet. Forgetting that my chiller stacks air so it got really hot in the cabinet. My chiller was reading 85 then 86 then 87 so it kept chilling. Real tank temp was 73 or less. when I saw this new problem.
So i went from real temp of 85 to real tank temp of 73 in the manner of 12 hours or less .I suspect way less.My hammer coral is pissed and just about everything else in the tank is not happy..Just saying automation is great but you better watch and feel.
