Its macro algae, I've seen it before on fiji branch rock, it is beautiful and delicate. It always looked like it had metallic flakes in it, I've also seen it for sale. A friend of mine had it. I think it is awesome it is growing, it took years for it to start growing in my friend Tom's tank.

It almost like a type of red bush. I think its this Nemastoma sp. Class Rhodophyceae, Subclass Florideophycidae, Order Gigartinales, Family Nemastomataceae. Red Sea 08.

Not a good pic. I think there are more pics than the first.

Yeah its: Nemastoma

Reconized species are:

N. canariense
N. coliforme
N. confusum
N. constrictum
N. dichotomum
N. feredayae
N. fernandezianum
N. foliaceum
N. gelatinosum
N. laciniatum
N. multifidum
N. nakamurae

Although it could be Predea, Sebdenia, or Nemastoma, they make an appearance in Florida, according to the Dawes book. In the Pacific there is Predea and Nemastoma species too, not sure about Sebdenia, never checked it out. I would have to look into that.-Not exact quote.
