I was looking in the tank today, and I have no idea what these are... Please help.

Looks like bleached green button polyps to me. Maybe yellow polyps.

Think they are healthy? They seem to be growing. We saw them a few weeks ago in the tank, but the just looked like little bumps that were dead, and today I saw them when adding new fish.

They look OK to me. It will take them a few months to return to their old glory, but they will be fine.

Wonder if u need to move em up into more light their kinda low.

They look like button polyps or sea mats. Nice little hitchhikers... They look fine. I assume they are growing on a larger piece of rock? Sometimes it takes two/three weeks to open.
