how to enchance the color of frogspawn

I just got a frogspawn and the colors are a little blah. I try to feed it but it refuses to hold on for it long enough and my peppermint shrimp takes it after a while. I use the lights that are packaged with the 29 oceanic biocube, and those are flouresants.
Salt levels 1.025
nitrates 0.01
ph 8.1
calcium 420 ( wierd, I dont add any kalkwasser to my tank but my calcium is perfect)

there T5 and there at the bottom. They arent grey just kinda a blah green.

depending on what light they were used to they might just be adjusting to the new lights

it was from a tank dominated by SPS so they were probably halides.

how long will it take???
