favia bloating?

haven't seen this before. The red eyes on my favia are no longer recessed they are popping out...whats up?

I have a similar one to that and it's done that same thing once in the ~8 months I've owned it. Mine went back to normal no worse for the wear. Seemed like it might be feeding, but I would think if that were the case it would happen more often, and no tentacles were extended.
