Farewell to Purple LTA

I just want to bid farewell to my purple LTA after almost a year. I came home from work last night and there it was on top of one of my powerheads for the 3rd time. I was hoping I could save it like the last times. No such luck. The foot somehow got sucked very well between the grating on the powerhead, pieces of tentacles floating around in the tank. This anenome was a trooper. I did the newbie mistake and put in my tank when it was only set up for two months and only 2 t5 bulbs. She did well under the circumstances and I made the necessary lighting upgrades and it was thriving, growing, good color. Although, when I added an additional powerhead or moved some rocks around to for new corals, the flow in the tank would change and the anenome would move, float, until happy somewhere else. I save it twice from the powerheads. I again did some more aquascaping and sure as @##$% it moved again, this time at a loss. It will be sadly missed. Man I loved feeding that anenome.

Sorry for your loss......they can be like children (although not as severe!)

Beautiful tank though.
