they are all connected in what looks to be a gel of some sort at the bottom of the tank

I have Nasarious snails in there

what is it??

they are attached to the coral rock and sway with the water movement. It looks like they are on the glass in this pic but they aren't

you been slimed lol, snail eggs possibly cerith, Nassarius eggs are in clear balloon like envelopes
