I feed a lot of Dr G's products. Thier mysis and brine are gut loaded, smells of garlic. They also have a dewormer food, which took care of bristle worms in my tank. It seems like a good idea to medicate the fish rather than the water. I don't think I'd consider it if there was an outbreak of a disease, but as a preventative, I can't see how it would hurt.
