Dosing pump

Was on ebay the other day and saw a dosing pump. After looking at it and so on it's a medical pump used for IV's. Will this work for a Kalkwasser dosing pump? Any thoughts or suggestions??

Never dosed anything before so need some Ideas!

mgregory- JMO but they do require a lot of maint. I have one and have to clean it out every few days as the kalk gets caked in the tubing. They do work bu tI found it easier to go back to dripping. HTH

redawg I may take you up on that if my deal falls through. That is if you still have one. Any other ideas let me know.

They work great if you use them to pump the fresh water into a kalk reactor. That way they do not get coated and have to be cleaned!
