DC8 is dead HELP

I have 2 DC8 for my aqua jr. controller both are dead is it worth it to have them fixed if so were can i get them fixed.

Have you done a firmware upgrade on them just prior to it happening? I do not have Neptuen, I have DA RKE and firmware Upgrades will cause failures. Good luck!

No they did not go out at the same time this is the second time this has happen my brother has the same thing for about 3 years now and he has never had a problem and no upgrade has been done and thanks for the phone # i will call them
