Just ordered some off eBay and was wondering how to feed it to my tank. Instructions were pretty vague.

You can either break a piece off or peel the bar back and swish it in the tank until the desired amount releases

Just double checked my order and I ordered cyclop-food for flowerhorns oops. I think its in flake form so I still maybe able to feed it to the salt water tank? I can't find a retailer in Canada that sells the frozen or freeze dried cyclop-eeze. Anyone know of any? JL aquatics has it pictured but its not in their list to order hmmmm....
