Hey yall i just set up my new RO system this week and then added the DI stage from thanksgiving sales.. doing water changes and watering all the plants and animals haha. Check it out

I am really happy with it. Kind of a hodgepodge system but it is unique and just has everything i want from the deluxe models without all the digital meters and alarms that i didnt. It ended up costing more than i hoped ie another saltwater learning experience but i had fun piecing it together and learning how they work.

The filter stages go:

Water line input

1. Sediment filter
2. Carbon block 5 micron
3. Carbon block 1 micron
4. 75gpd membrane

Output 1 from T off line to DI for ~5 TDS filtered only water output

or keep closed and continue through to

5. Deionization 1
6. Deionization 2

Output 2 for 0 TDS DeIonized water


I also ordered/put in a 400ml restrictor/flush that goes on the waste line.. it's cutting my waste ratio down and allows me to flush the membrane with water before i start the filter back up.

Trying to capture the waste water i can use for plants and animal water.
