Calcium reactor issue

have a GEO 618 that I have been using for about 3-4 months. Works fantastic with the exception that the effluent valve gets plugged weekly or less. Anyone have a solution to this?

mine does that too! I just clean it every couple of days.

I can't think of a solution. The calcium level must be off the charts! Have you tested the effluent to see?

It was pretty much a broken stream. I have increased it to a slow steady stream per the advise of GEO. ph inside of the reactor is still at 5.65 so ill try that for awhile.

I havent tested calcium levels but being I dont have a controller on the reactor yet the ph inside the reactor goes way down being it just keeps injecting co2 without water flow. When I see it plugged I drain the reactor into a bucket till ph goes up before starting the effluent into the sump again.
