I just googled hydroids and come up with some nice pics of hydroids. I think I stand corrected and believe what you have are actually hydroids. I thought for the longst time they were just small genertic dusters. Oh wel!!!

It does look like Hydroids, have you noticed a negative reaction from the neighboring Zoanthids ?

They do seem kind of "cupped" to me.

The easiest way to remove them... frag the zoas and get rid of the rock they're on.

They are really tiny :( - they definitetly aren't stick polyps I've had those before (they were eaten by a blenny)

Then Kelli I would say hydroids. There are some really tiny tube worms like these but I just do not see the structure in your pics at all of being dusters, even if I blow up the pic 500%
