I tried to acquire ReefSpace.com but someone else wanted it more than I did... the auction closed at $270.

Thats easy Matt, they are a Romey free zone, it will change but its slow

Yup, but they got over 7,000 social networks added in like a day. So they have several Romeys, just gobs of traffic... the agony of success LOL.

They added more servers 3 times that I know of and are adding more on Tuesday.

That's the one I see... try shift+ctrl+r for a force-refresh of your browser. You might have the old one cached.

It's definitely open to all... I'm hoping it will spread to the rest of the reefing world shortly so we have a much bigger network. Makes it that much more social.

yea but could we get people that join just to get a free company name or site name out there???

Could those people be weeded out ? Spammers so to say..I can see it now.

We should have som kind of little red flag we could push if somthing is suspect. Not to be abused ofcorse. Just my 2c

Welp, I've got the ban stick over there and you can always send me a message. If it's a company related to the hobby (example, Sharky's Reef has a page) then I think that's a great thing! They'll use the page to help communicate with their customers and possibly plug reefspace on their sites.

Bands getting on MySpace was one of the best things that happened to that place.

However, if it's someone looking to peddle their porn... well, it will happen eventually and they'll get the ban stick right across the nose when it does.
