Noticed these about a week ago and they have grown since then, but have not moved. Any ideas on what they are?

Looks like an encrusting hard coral to me. Pavona, Porites and encrusting montipora come to mind!

1, I love this site so much for all the knowledge I've learned from it and all the help what I got to give to people. 2, I hate this site because every time I have something I think is cool in my tank that pops up everyone jumps on it and tells me how bad it is. Lol lol. I think I might turn my 40 gallon corner bow front quarantine tank into a "cool looking bad 4 reef aipastasa, bristle/flat worm, whatever ur pic is & small crab ect tank! Lol. all that stuff is so cool but I can't have my main tank. If I do I will start a new Chronicle called the garbage tank. I bet it would probably be beautiful. Lol lol

if I am seeing it correctly... +1 red bubble algae - just syphon it out

Here a pic of a bit I had, when I started my 1st tank, I remember being excited about it when I found it, then learned it was a bubble algae, it went away pretty easy - just syphoning it out when doing water changes
