Super glue gel

That is what I use with no problems. They do make a putty that works well too but uses more to stick the frag down than super glue.

I use it all the time in my tank and have had no problems, its just a little more readily available than epoxy made for aquariums and I think it is cheaper. Unless you want a purple color to match the coralline algae. I think the gel super glue is cheaper but I'm not sure because it really goes fast. (amount for the money)

If you get a chance the Echotech coral glue, sets quicker and works pretty well. It's expensive though. I left the cap off overnight (twice) and it didn't harden.
