Is this an anemone within an anemone?

Offhand I think it's just that those tentacles are not expanded as much as the rest of the anemone. However it's not unusual to have them split in the aquarium. If that happens, as long as it's not damaged, you'll have two of them.

I think there's a separate mouth on the smaller tentacles
I'll double check tonight.
