I saw these glow sticks at a frag swap. People were holding the stick up to the corals and comparing. I didn't ask why but I assumed they were using it as a color standard.

Yes, thieves suck! Hope he gets his stuff back.

Cool... thanks for the explanation Steve. I've only seen the narrow wavelength flashlights before, same idea I guess.

they use these sticks to point out corals in a tanks so you dont keep putting your greasey hands in there all day poiting out corals and they glow from the lighting most of us use 420nm ect. hope this helps
