Welcome to RS! My honest opinion is that you added the anemones way too early and you will have to keep everything perfect or they will not do well. On a more positive note, most everything else sounds good. Do you have a skimmer? If you don't, I suggest you get one.
P.S.
Are magnums skimmers or not? I don't pay all that much attention to brands.

The magnums a biowheel system not a skimmer, but I took out the wheels.

I have uploaded pics of my tank and fish in my gallery. My camera has to be on a weak setting to take pic's under 100kb so sorry if they are a little fuzzy.
