I have the same trumpet / candy cane, and it's tentacles are out more predictably than any other coral in the tank - always ready to feed when it gets dark. What a pig! Take care,

Nice new additions Ant...I like the clams too I keep mine directly off the sandbed as my LFS said they are subject to being attacked underneath by worms and the like....Not sure if its true but I prefer to err on the side of caution...Nice elegance too
