What you need is to cycle your tank and not to worry about the DR become LR ( this only happen in time). And to do that you need to set your tank up with filter, heater, power head, rocks and use dead shrimp to begin your cycle process ( take around 4-6 weeks). Need to get a test kit to check...

R2D2 congrat sound like you are on the right track with your tank, make sure to purchase a really good skimmer and one that rated for 2x of your tank, this is very important. Most of the people end up have to upgrade for better one.
