I really like keeping soft corals and fish but I have kept stoney's successfully before as well (I am a sucker for large Elegance corals)!
I absolutely love all the encrusting and plating Coralline algae species and colors also. I have even seen a dark BLUE specimen in a large reef tank a few years ago!
I am going to try and collect as many species of encrusting and plating coralline (with fish and corals) as I can. I have an empty 125 gallon long and a empty 60 gallon square tank to do this in. The only problem before setting them up is, I need to come up with an automatic generator system as I live in a part of the South that looses power frequently in the summer.
