Thumbs up Down Under - Garner, NC

I posted this already in my clownfish breeding chronicle but wanted to post it here in vendor experiences also...

A HUGE THANK YOU to Kevin at Down Under (fabulous marine fish store) in Garner, NC.

Kevin gave me a fantastic price on TEN used 20 gal tanks, drilled with a small overflow, bulkheads and sand
Kevin also helped me measure and determine what type of shelving unit I would need!!
...then loaned me his carpenter (Thanks Dirk!!) who built the unit for me in a day (Wooot!!) Dirk even thought to build it in two pieces so I could transport it home easily in the back of a pick up truck.

Thank you Down Under (Kevin & Dirk) for helping out a fellow reefer in need! You guys rock!!

The new ten 20 gallons are for raising clownfish babies.

We'll have to see how long I keep the 'hatchery' going....

humm... I think I have room for a wet-bar next to the grow-out system....

That may be a REQUIREMETN! Gives you more "reason/excuse" to stay close by

WOW! I can't wait to see pics of this set-up.

Do they feed one into the other from the top down or HOW are your plumbing then? That's how I want to do my "Frag Station" in the new house one day.

Hey Doni, If you want to expand further in the future, I'm sure some of your LFS'es will help you out with some store credit for the babies as well.... So,... Sounds like you are officially in business! "Doni's Cuddly Clowns" ?

Re: Down Under - Garner, NC

I love the name. It fits perfectly.
Did you add them to the LFS database? I'm too lazy to look right now.
I just tried to talk you into getting a bigger tank not 14 tanks. This is so fun to watch.
