| DIY Moderator | I have used them in the past for Acrylic pieces, if you have a problem they have great customer service. Even if it wasn't thier fault, but a shipping problem. Thanks for the Review Wooddood.

| Reef Shark ![]() | I'm glad you fellows had good experiences with them. Last year, I ordered 2 heavy duty barrel liners from them, and when they arrived, they had pinholes in them where they had been folded and stuffed into the box. I wrote & called, (left 3 voice mail messages for customer service) and NEVER got so much as a reply from them. While the order wasn't much, maybe $50.00 with shipping, and I wasn't going to pay shipping to return them without a return authorization, and so I went a different direction for my water storage barrels. I doubt I'll try them again. |

| Reef Shark ![]() | This was last Jan. or Feb., and truthfully, it's just not worth the trouble. They had plenty of opportunities to fix the problem, and if they cared, they would have at least returned an e-mail or phone call. There's lots of other places that sell the same stuff, and I just go there instead. |
