| Golden Moray | On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being perfect, I will rate eTropicals a 9. First, I will say a friendly LIVE person answered the phone when I called to ask a question. Next, my mom ordered my Reef Diversity Pack on Thursday morning at 7:57 AM and it was delivered to my front porch on Friday morning at 11:30 AM. All items arrived alive and appeared healthy and in the quantity I ordered. (Although they were smaller than I imagined.) Shipping was free and the entire package cost $89.99. Here is a photo journal: ![]() Sturdy styrofoam box. ![]() Chill packs! ![]() ![]() Perfectly sealed and inflated bags with all critters individually packed by species. ![]() My favorite arrival! ![]() |

| Golden Moray | Re: eTropicals Only gave a 9 because of the super tiny size. The hermits were all smaller than a pencil eraser. But I agree that means they will probably be alive longer in my tank because they are so young. |
