Well I just placed an order with them to take advantage of the buy two corals for 9.99 and get a third for free.
All I can say at this point is "Incredible Customer Service"
I ordered the corals and some snails and resisted several other purchases along the way. (I really am trying to be good.) Well when I placed my order I did not notice the $50 minimum on all livestock. My bad.
I got a very pleasant email from them almost immediately explaining the problem and offering me three different solutions.
He could cancel the order.
He would just increase the price of my corals to $50.00 to beat the minimum. (Quite reasonable since my order was $47 and change.)
I could add more coral to my order to beat the $50.00 minimum.
Guess what. I chose option 3. LOL
Just to make it more pleasant I also received a $10.00 discount iimmediately after creating an account which I was able to use on this order. (Check your email after registering and before you check out and you should get the code.) You do still have to meet the $50.0o minimum after the discounts and coupon are subtracted.

The final word will be when I get my new babies and put them in the reef but Scott has been a pleasure to deal with and I am certain the corals will be exactly as promised.

Hey they keep me happy. I keep them happy.
I fully expect to be as plesed with the merchandise as I am with the customer service. With someone like that running the company I just know they will be great. They are frags so the pics may not show their full potential but I knew that when I ordered. I also ordered a couple of things I have never tried to keep before so it should be interresting.
That is part of the reason I made this order. The smaller pieces with accompanying smaller prices made me willing to try a piece or two that I wouldn't have bought as large shro piece since it would have been to expensive to risk.
Don't get me wrong. He has some gorgeous larger corals I could have bought but I am in a kind of experimental mode so this just made sense to me.

LOL I spent so much time debating it is hard to remember. Hmm the email tells me.

1 pink birdsnest
1 toadstool leather
1 tree leather
1 monti cap
1 zoanthid
1 star polyp
The star polyp was the only thing that was over $10 and it is a different color from the ones I have and love now.
Also he is going to seend me a free zoa frag even though that offer was expired.
The monti and birdsnest are the ones I am a bit nervous about keeping. i tried both some time ago without success but since then I have changed the tank a lot so hopefully I can make these guys happy.

Looks like a lot of fun! All of my monti is going crazy in my tank. I was very nervous about it too, but I have found it to be a very easy coral. I just got my birdsnest a month or so ago, but it has already grown a lot. I haven't glued it down, and it has fallen over onto my monti and also my open brain. It showed a bit of damage from that, but has since recovered. I think you will do well with all of these!

I just can't say enough about the great customer service from this company. I just got an email explaining that one of the corals I ordered on the WYSIWYG and apparently it is not looking very happy today. He didn't want to send a potentially sick coral so he offered to replace it with another larger coral of the same kind.
If the corals are anything like the customer service they will get my return business,

I have already raved about the great customer service so I won't go on about that again but i got my new babies yesterday.
AWESOME and exactly what they said they would be. Most everything has already opened up and it all looks great. They even threw in a few free frags because of all the back and forth with my order.
They will definitely get my future busineas and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for good corals particularly the relatively small ones. I have had lots of trouble with some very expensive pieces lately and this was a great place to get several smaller pieces for the same price. Plus if I lose one it is not so bad. Looking at them ATM though I expect the majority if not all of them to live long happy lives in my tanks.
They get an A plus from me.

Sorry, busy weekend. Kids here plus a friend and my laptop went for a swim so I had to buy a new one. Pics at the earliest opportunity but several look awesome already. The others I am giving a big more time and all but one of those was one of the freebies they threw in. I think I bought 5 things and opened 10 bags so lots of stuff. The green zoas look awesome as does the kenya tree ane the monti frag and that is just the stuff that jumps intp my mind ATM. I promise an update soon though I do have to figure out new pic software as well with the new computer.

No problem at all here. I was very happy with the order. I just need to find some time to take and post pics. Everything looks great except the birdsnest and I have killed one of those before so I am certain it is my fault. It looked great when it got here.

Birds nest are sensitive coral. They do not ship well. If you get one established it is a great coral to have. We will take care of that one for you on your next order, just remind me.
