Sharkys is a great find!!!

What can I say? Dennis @ sharkysreef.com has some of the coolest selections of zoos (various other corals as well, but I am partial to the zoo collection) around and at a great price. First skeptical, but I realized he had a local number listed so I gave it a call. He returned the call and since he lives in the area, I was allowed to swing by. Walked downstairs and I was in heaven. He assisted me in picking out some zoos and even advised me to wait on some that he had. He believes in acclimating the zoos to determine if all the polyps are in good condition, so this process takes a few weeks but at the end, you will receive a great coral. The first time I went there, I was drawn to a colony of blues, mixed with green and pink with various color skirts, he told me that he just received those so he advised me to wait until he was certain that there is no disease, or at least any polyp decay. Two or three weeks later, he wrote me saying that they were ready to go home. I returned and the colony was as beautiful as ever. My advice...Give Sharkysreef.com a shot. Join his club and get his updates. He has some of the best prices in the country, customer service is excellent! If you live in the area, see if he has a good selection on hand and stop by. You won't be disappointed. I'll post pictures once I get a better camera shortly.

Glad to hear that you were pleased with your shopping experience at Sharkys!
I've heard lots of good feedback for him. Will def. keep him in mind when I'm ready to purchase some new corals.

Thanks for the kind words!!

Congratulations on your good news too. Good times ahead

Can't wait for the pictures either. The blue mixed colony he got was a stellar pick.

Take Care
