Getting worried here troops it has been almost a month with my order at ereef.com and still no pump. I have all my plumbing stuff ready to go but no IWAKI 100RLT I have zinged these dingleberries eight emails and have recieved only one reply!!!! My order was placed June 25th and it is now July 14th and nothing since the 9th from these guys. I am getting worried and angry to the point of ! any suggestions?!?!??

Did you use a credit card? A letter from your credit card company reversing the charges until they take action is always a good motivator. I recently did that with a travel company that wouldn't get back to me about cancelling a trip. Instant results.

If it was on a card, be sure to call them ASAP- many will only let you challenge for a certain period after the charge was initiated.

Another thing you need to do is go to your order history and submit what they call a "ticket" asking about your order. I recently made a purchase from them and the Tracking number they sent me was to some place in Texas I live in Connecticut. I submitted a ticket to them and was responded to the next day with an apology and the correct tracking number
